A video analysis is the fastest way to check and correct your swimming technique.
The visualisation of one's own swimming technique enables a better understanding of individual technical strengths and weaknesses and helps to optimise movement patterns. To obtain a meaningful video analysis, you will be filmed from different angles during the swim. Immediately afterwards, the recordings are analysed on the spot and the next steps needed to improve the individual’s swimming technique are defined.The swimming videos and a short written list of your swimming technique analysis will then be sent to you by e-mail.
