Introductory course to Open Water swimming
This course is intended for triathletes and swimmers who can already swim crawl well, but have no open water experience.
Have you always wanted to swim in open water, but do not know necessary tips and tricks? Or do you simply not feel comfortable? We'll show you tricks and help you feel at ease in open water swimming. Take your first open water steps with us. You will learn how to wear a neoprene suit, what breathing techniques are required in open water, and how to orient yourself in open water. The course takes place in small groups so that an optimal learning process is ensured.
